| Brewerkz Iguanas Basketball Club VS MATADOR Basketball Club |
 By Chee Siong Ong 2/10/2009
|
|
| Date: 4-Nov |
| Time: 7.15 PM |
| Venue: ACS Court 1 |
| Result: Brewerkz Iguanas Basketball Club(64) - MATADOR Basketball Club(71) |
|
This is a classic David vs Goliath game - The Matadors
compared to the Iguanas, are hugely undersized.
5 Matador players scored in double figures, led by
Aaron. The 2nd quarter showed signs of the Matadors
losing our grip on the game. However, we fought
strongly, and overcame the hump.
Aaron and Alan Sim were huge defending the paint,
especially against the large players of the Iguanas.
As usual, accurate shooting and passing helped win this
game for us. As much as we wanted to play a running
game, it's tough to do force turnovers against the
Iguanas.
Definitely gonna be another close affair when we meet
the Iguanas later in the season...
